Im Mittelpunkt steht das Verständnis des Produkts. Dazu gehören der Alltag der Nutzer, ihre Aufgaben, Entscheidungen, Informationen, Abhängigkeiten und Ziele. Auf Basis dieser Erkenntnisse entsteht eine klare Produktdefinition.

The focus is on understanding the product. This includes users’ daily lives, their tasks, decisions, information, dependencies, and goals. Based on these insights, a clear product definition is developed.

Die Produktdefinition wird zu einer belastbaren Produktlogik weiterentwickelt. Rollen, Zustände, Abläufe, Regeln und Entscheidungen beschreiben das Verhalten des Produkts in allen relevanten Situationen. Daraus entsteht eine nachvollziehbare Systemstruktur.

The product definition is further developed into a robust product logic. Roles, states, workflows, rules, and decisions describe the product’s behavior in all relevant situations. This results in a transparent system structure.

Signature UX / UI

Die Produktlogik wird als Signature UX/UI erlebbar. Aus Abläufen, Zuständen, Regeln und Entscheidungen entsteht eine Benutzeroberfläche, die Informationen und Möglichkeiten zum richtigen Zeitpunkt bereitstellt. Sie führt, ohne zu belehren, hilft, ohne zu stören, und lenkt die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Aufgabe statt auf das System.

The product logic comes to life as Signature UX/UI. Workflows, states, rules, and decisions come together to form a user interface that provides information and options at just the right moment. Die Ausarbeitung des Produktmodell ist abgeschlossen. Das Entwicklungsteam erhält eine belastbare Grundlage für die Umsetzung, Erweiterung und Skalierung.
